Best Coast Photo was founded by Los Angeles photographer David Zentz with the aim of providing exceptional photographic services for clients in need of wedding, event and portrait photography. Based in Venice Beach, Best Coast Photo works with clients throughout Southern California as well as destinations around the world.
Weddings - As your wedding photographer, Best Coast Photo focuses on the numerous special moments and real emotions of your wedding day. We love providing families with a timeless and gorgeous record of their once-in-a-lifetime event. With a background in photojournalism, David has a skilled eye for capturing candid moments, the telling details and the classic portraits that together tell the whole story of your wedding day. We work with each couple to customize a package that fits within their budget.
Events - Best Coast Photo provides exceptional coverage of your events through a combination of journalistic storytelling and posed portraiture. David has provided event photography services to companies as large as Panasonic and Stella Artois, at upscale events such as art openings at the Santa Monica Museum of Art and major political organizations such as the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. No event is too large or small for us to cover!
Headshots & Portraits - David has provided headshots and executive portraits for numerous actors and business professionals throughout the Los Angeles area. Depending on your needs, portraits can be done in studio or on location, indoors or out. Contact us today to discuss your needs.
A little more about David: In addition to providing photographic services for private clients, David is an editorial and commercial photographer whose work has been published around the world. David started his career as a newspaper photojournalist, working for publications including the Chicago Tribune, the St. Petersburg Times, the Orlando Sentinel and the Journal Star. Working as a freelance photographer in Los Angeles, David continues to provide photography for various publications - such as The Smithsonian Magazine, Newsweek, National Geographic TV, Outside, Italian Style and countless publications via the Associated Press - and commercial and corporate photography for numerous businesses throughout the area.
